Timor Wood Opal & London Blue Topaz Earrings

These lovely Timor earrings are all about the stones. Wood Opals are fossilized wood where the organic material is replaced by Opal, these spectacular specimens come  from Indonesia. They have a wide variety of striated color but the characteristic watery quality of Opals. I set these special stones in Fine Silver bezels backed with Sterling Silver. Brilliant cut London Blue Topaz, set in 18k Gold bezels, add a little sparkle to these dramatic drops. These lovelies are finished with integrated earwires.
