This fantastic Toulouse ring features a hollow formed dome of Sterling Silver topped by a stunning London Blue Topaz set in 18k Gold and accented by a hand stamped boarder. The architectural dome lifts the gemstone above the band. What a statement ring! This ring is size 7.
